Case 01 — technical SEO recovery

Music House ·
the rendering failure

Bangalore's largest musical instrument retailer. Three stores, 500+ products, a strong name — and a website that had gone quiet on search after a rebuild. Nothing looked wrong. That was the problem.

All four measured — GSC and GA4 exports, June 2026. Baseline of ~3 clicks/day is approximate, from the early daily trend rather than a clean pre-migration export.

GSC daily clicks. Suppressed by the rendering problem — not by weak SEO — until re-indexing; then compounding. June 2026: 33.7/day average, peak 52 on 18 June. Measured.

Two different layers, not two versions of one number — GSC measures arrival, GA4 measures enquiry. June 2026, both measured.

What we projected — and what happened

At handover we projected 9–12 WhatsApp enquiries per month. The measured result by June 2026 was 333 total contacts in the month — roughly 11 per day. We publish the projection alongside the result because that's the standard we'd want applied to anyone we hired.

One honest caveat: Google Business Profile interactions were declining year-on-year through this period across all three stores. We cleaned the listings — spam removed, five conflicting phone numbers standardised, categories corrected — and July shows early recovery. The website growth carried the period; the GBP work is a supporting workstream, not a headline.

What this means for your business

If your site was built or rebuilt in the last three years on a JavaScript framework, it may be doing exactly this: looking normal to every human and arriving nearly empty to the crawler. It's the most common invisible problem we find, and a 20-minute visibility check is usually enough to confirm or rule it out.

Case 02 — the rebuild

Structure
before search

The same engagement from the design side. One brochure page became a full structure: category silos for guitars, keyboards, drums, repairs and locations; 33 products in a structured database; roughly 800 words of content grown to 10,000 across guides a buyer actually reads.

Every page got one job and one clear enquiry path. The result shows up in the GA4 layer: about one in five visitors makes contact.
